It's a good football venue to come to and you need to be committed to get something from it." "I just felt once we went 2-1 up we were dominating the game, controlling it and we had some really good opportunities to turn the screw and go two ahead and that didn't happen and when that doesn't happen, you can get punished as we did. But just as in the first half, the lead did not last and super substitute Antoine Semenyo drew City level after 63 minutes. The hosts recovered from that setback and came out firing on all cylinders after the restart. That was a fifth goal in six games for the 20-year-old. And that profligacy was punished just before the interval when the Robins levelled matters.

The Seasiders are quickly becoming the entertainers of the division with another excellent contest on show.

Just as all hope was lost, as added time loomed, Theo Corbeanu dispossessed the Robins defence and slotted home to pick up a deserved point for the Seasiders. A similarly open second half saw chances for both sides but a well-worked corner found Jordan Thorniley who flicked on into the six-yard box and Jerry Yates touched home to restore Blackpool's lead. It was almost the worst possible start for the Seasiders as Andreas Weimann found space in the area and curled an effort off the post, eventually diverted for a corner. 7 - CM: Kenny Dougall - A bit slack and ponderous at times but grew into the game as it went on. 7 - RB: Jordan Gabriel - Brought energy to the wide areas and enabled space for attacking players to exploit. In an open first half, the Seasiders continued to create chances but the visitors looked dangerous in possession and on the stroke of half-time Tommy Conway dispatched after a fluid move in behind the Blackpool defence to put the visitors level heading into the break.

Conway's initial strike is saved by the goalkeeper and it comes back to Weimann who scoops it over the crossbar. City work the ball really well again and Scott collects on the right. Scott and Wells combine down the right and the ball is played across goal... Naismith's delivery is brilliant yet again and it lands on the head of Scott but he can't direct it goalwards. or not as the ref points to the goal-kick. It led to Bentley making a brilliant save before Blackpool win the corner. City are really struggling to deal with the aerial threat of Blackpool. He's been on the pitch for about 20 seconds and he's fired in the equaliser... Naismith's ball to Vyner is awful and the defender's touch is poor. Naismith looks to catch the keeper out from a free-kick and he certainly does that! Blackpool have enjoyed a decent start to the season themselves, with two wins and a draw in their opening five matches. Here's how the players rated.

Bristol City player ratings vs Blackpool: Robins attack unplayable but ... (Bristol Live)

The Robins should have had three points in a thrilling encounter but Corbeanu punished a defensive error at the end.

Quieter in the second period. Managed to pick the ball up high up the pitch but his final ball was lacking. Lost the ball in a dangerous area in the second half which eventually led to the goal. Moved to wing-back on the hour. A great assist to seek out his flatmate for City to grab a deserved equaliser on the stroke of half-time. Found it difficult to struggle with the long ball forward to Madine with the striker playing with his back to goal.

Report: Blackpool 3-3 Bristol City (BCFC)

City had twice come from behind to take the lead at Bloomfield Road as Tommy Conway scored his fifth goal of the season in response to Josh Bowler's opener.

Pearson introduced Semenyo for Scott with over half an hour to play and it was an inspired substitution. However, from the resulting corner Yates would bag Blackpool’s second as the ball dropped to his feet and he hooked it into the back of the net. Soon after, Conway would get his opportunity to test Grimshaw and the ‘keeper was equal to the teenager’s low effort. The Robins did not rest of their laurels as they searched for an equaliser. The Bermudian wrapped his foot around the ball only to be denied by upright. City were inches away from the perfect start inside the first minute of play.
