Leicester City to Wolves via Liverpool: Potential signings and exits in ... (The National)

A new year brings new beginnings, and for Premier League clubs, a month-long opportunity to shape their squads for the remainder of the season.

Isco (Sevilla): A potential statement signing and an immediate reunion with Lopetegui could be on the cards if the rumours are to be believed. Lucas Moura: A fan favourite and the player responsible for one of Tottenham's most memorable moments this century, but the Brazilian has struggled with injuries and is not part of Conte's plans. The 27-year-old Englishman is also thought to be on the radars of Everton and Crystal Palace. The Scotland international is not a central part of Eddie Howe's plans, and Southampton are believed to be interested. Joao Felix (Atletico Madrid): Interest in the 23-year-old Portugal forward is high, with Atletico admitting they are expecting him to leave this month. Given his potential availability in a bargain deal, 25-year-old Thuram generating plenty of interest: Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, Newcastle and Aston Villa are also linked. Three big-money signings – Casemiro, Antony and Lisandro Martinez – joined in the summer and the focus is expected to be on a striker this month. After a stop-start beginning to the season, United are looking a much-improved team under Erik ten Hag and are firmly in contention for the top four. Through a combination of fitness and form, the 27-year-old midfielder has struggled to hold down a regular place in the Liverpool team, and with his contract expiring in the summer, a January move is a possibility. Reports claim Leicester have made a £25 million offer for the 22-year-old midfielder as a potential replacement for Youri Tielemans, although they face competition from the likes of Napoli, Barcelona, and Marseille. Matheus Nunes (Wolves): Central midfielders make up much of Liverpool's January transfer shortlist, and reports this week claim the Reds are ready to renew their interest in Portugal international Nunes. The January transfer window opened for business on Sunday and there is expected to be a flurry of activity over the next few weeks.

As Newcastle v Leicester tickets rapidly sell out – Bonus tickets for ... (The Mag)

Last week, Newcastle v Leicester tickets went on sale to season ticket holders, who were allowed to buy their own seat. Then on Tuesday (this) morning, ...

After almost a week of them having been on sale, you would imagine that most Leicester fans who intend to travel, will have bought tickets by now. Reading the comments of Leicester fans online, they state no more than around 1,000 tickets have been bought so far. James’ Park for a place in the last four. On top of that, there is very likely to be more bonus Newcastle v Leicester tickets made available to NUFC fans. As I say, the remaining home Newcastle v Leicester tickets that went on sale today are now almost sold out, with the normal away section blocked off in Level 7 of the Leazes End, with that then stretching around the corner of Level 7 between Leazes and Milburn. Leicester City started selling tickets last Thursday to their season ticket holders and were selling them block by block, then opened up the sale to their members from Friday, so there could still potentially be more tickets available for Newcastle fans than usual, if the Foxes sell significantly less than the 4,800 set aside.
