Echoing his sentiments, Dr Wario noted the Egerton University Council was keen on safeguarding the quality and standards of education even as it addresses the financial challenges it was facing. He reiterated that the internal evaluation system was strong as it ensured the quality of the degree programmes was maintained. The CS said evaluation systems used should be of high standards to ensure degrees offered were of high standards.
