Manchester United have agreed a deal to sign Cardiff striker Gabriele Biancheri. The Manchester Evening News understands that Biancheri has already agreed personal terms, while Cardiff and United have also agreed to the deal. Biancheri has been attracting plenty of interest from other top sides and was understood to be on Chelsea's radar last summer, but it is United who have won the race to sign him.

The youngster has been prolific in front of goal this season and Manchester United have managed to lure him to Old Trafford.

He had notched 17 goals and five assists in all age-grade football this season leading up to that match, including a match-winning brace against Bristol City in the Severnside derby. However, Biancheri has stepped up to another level this season and became impossible to ignore.
